Mercia Canoe Club is the canoe section of the Coventry Canal Society. The club is based at the heart of Coventry, in the old basin warehouses, and welcomes beginners of all ages. Qualified coaches organise fun canoeing sessions for all at the Canal basin on Saturdays from 2 to 3pm. All the equipment is provided and all you need are some old clothes and a towel!

Annual membership is available allowing free access during club opening times on a Saturday and including membership to the Coventry Canal Society. Access to the club is from Leicester Row (first left turn off Foleshill Rd as you leave the city ring road). The club operates from Unit 1. of the old warehouse building, the last door on your right. If you are a group of people from work, a youth or other group, Scouts, Guides, from a school or college why not contact the club to arrange a special canoeing session to meet your needs?
